At ACS Barware, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order quickly and in excellent condition. Our office and warehouse teams are well trained and focused on delivering a high level of service from start to finish. They understand that without you, the customer, we would not have been able to build a reputation as one of the UK's leading suppliers of bar equipment and accessories.

Small orders (normally under 1.5 Kilo in weight) are dispatched via the Royal Mail 1st Class recorded service which should arrive within 1-3 working days.

Larger orders above 1.5 kilo are normally dispatched using the Parcelforce 24 or 48 service. On occasion we will use Fed Ex depending on location and cost. Both companies offer an unrivalled service, therefore you can be assurred that you will receive an excellent service no matter which company we use. Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days.

The items on this website are usually available from stock, however ff a product is not in stock, then we will ship your goods as soon as possible and we will notify you of the likely delivery date. To ensure that you are not overcharged on delivery, ACS Barware uses a weight based delivery system which calculates the cost of your order depending on which zone you select. We have found that this system is popular with our customers as they know they are not paying over inflated delivery costs as with many online shops.
